Recognising the challenge of engaging modern teenagers in physical activity, Bonas Active has prepared a diverse and appealing physical programme for compulsory school age students.
Using an inclusive, non-threatening and fun approach our syllabus will prize the students away from their technology and into an enthusiasm to learn a wide range of different physical skills and techniques while interacting effectively with one another.
By introducing the students to a blend of traditional sports and non-traditional activities, they will have the opportunity to discover and develop their natural physical abilities. The course is also designed to teach students the vital part physical activity plays in human well-being - regardless of an individual's ability to excel at a specific sport or skill. By doing so the course aims to not only foster students personal development, but also offer a practical understanding on the real mental, physical and social benefits of activity.
