Lucy Hart, Senior Consultant at Bonas MacFarlane, joined the team in 2011 having completed her degree at Bristol University. Building on her own experience in the independent sector as a student of Putney High School and Stowe, she leads the team’s relationship building, working with many of the finest schools in the country. 

She has expert knowledge of individual school requirements and procedures, and oversees each school placement assignment meticulously. Lucy has developed systems for our school placements that were described by the London Evening Standard as ‘breathtakingly methodical’.

Lauren-Lucy Grafton has been based in the United Arab Emirates since 2016. For the past five years, she has worked as a consultant helping families find schools in both the UK and UAE.  Before that she was Head of Mathematics at Repton School,

Lauren has a deep understanding of the educational landscape in both regions. A UK Ofsted and KHDA ‘Outstanding’ practitioner, Lauren has spoken at numerous national teaching events in the UK and the Middle East.
