Contract: 5 months (with potential extension)
A 12-year-old student is looking to work with an inspiring mentor and tutor to support him through the remainder of the academic year.
He currently attends an international school covering a broad range of subjects. This will suit a tutor who is organised and enjoys mentoring students, helping them go beyond the standard curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, structured academic tuition aligned with the child’s age, ability, and future schooling plans.
- Adapt teaching and mentoring approaches to meet the needs of the pupil
- Encourage positive learning habits, independence, and self-belief in a sensitive, age-appropriate way.
Candidate Profile
- Highly experienced private tutor, ideally with previous experience in a similar full-time or residential role.
- Calm, grounded, and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to build trust.
- Able to balance warmth and empathy with structure, boundaries, and high expectations.
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable working within a high-net-worth family environment.
- UK curriculum experience strongly preferred.
Location & Accommodation
- Baku: The family will provide separate accommodation
Contract & Package
- Full-time, 5-month contract (renewable).
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
- Travel, visa costs covered
