Early years courses & enrichment

In the early years, enrichment nurtures curiosity, confidence and enjoyment of learning. Our courses can strengthen early foundations while encouraging children to explore ideas more deeply. Our programmes support early intellectual growth in a way that feels engaging, measured and developmentally appropriate.

Early Foundations

Structured enrichment for confident early development

Our enrichment courses empower young learners to explore, question and grow in unfamiliar contexts. Each programme is crafted to stimulate imagination, develop broader thinking and support positive engagement with learning, laying a rich foundation for future school experiences.

Creative Thinking & Exploration

These courses encourage children to engage with ideas playfully and purposefully. Through hands-on activities, story-building, art and problem-solving, children learn to think creatively and express themselves with confidence.

Literacy Discovery & Expression

Our aim is to foster a genuine love of language. These programmes deepen listening, reading, and expressive skills through interactive storytelling, drama activities, and creative writing exercises, and build communication confidence in a joyful way.

Numbers, Pattern & Play

Designed to make early numeracy engaging and meaningful, these sessions use games, puzzles and real-world exploration to help children see the joy in problem solving, pattern recognition and mathematical thinking.

Outdoor & Experiential Adventures

We know that learning often needs to go beyond the book and encourage curiosity through nature, physical challenge and group activities that develop resilience, teamwork, independence and a real sense of accomplishment.

Mindfulness, Confidence & Social Skills

Enrichment can also nurture emotional literacy. These programmes support children in developing confidence, self-regulation, awareness and positive interaction with peers – skills that quietly underpin success in early school life.

Trusted by families through generations

Families come to us for reassurance and guidance as much as expertise. By building long-term relationships based on trust, discretion, and thoughtful support, we support parents and children through some of the most important early decisions they will make.

Darren has been the best art mentor we’ve had the fortune of working with, providing invaluable guidance and support that helped my son complete his portfolio on time in his final year of senior school. His mentorship truly brought out the best in him, and the outstanding feedback the work has received wherever it has been submitted speaks for itself.

I want to extend my deepest thanks to mentor Darren Marshall. His professional mentoring and  support over the past year have meant a great deal to me. I truly cannot imagine how I would have connected with the RCA—or completed my studies so smoothly—without his efficient and high-quality mentoring. Thanks to Darren‘s support, I’ve made significant progress, even breakthroughs, in my artistic journey.
It has been a real pleasure working with him.
