After graduating from Cambridge with a degree in Land Economy, Rose joined Teach First and worked in a London Academy for three and a half years as a Maths and Economics Teacher. During her time there she was Head of Economics, a Teacher Development Co-ordinator (responsible for teacher training across the school), a member of the Sixth Form Tutor Team (helping students with UCAS, personal statements, organisational skills and personal development) and part of the school’s Leadership Development Programme. Antone Martinho is a Fellow in Biology at Magdalen College, Oxford. He took his BA in Neurobiology from Harvard University and his DPhil in Zoology from University College, Oxford.

Dr Cal Revely-Calder teaches at Trinity and Clare Colleges (Cambridge). He has been involved in English Admissions at both colleges for the last three years, in a variety of roles including examining and marking written scripts.

Dr Tranter read Medicine at the University of Oxford and completed a PhD at Imperial College London. Having previously taught Medicine at Imperial College London and Trinity College Oxford, Matthew is now College Lecturer for Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and interviewer at Oriel College Oxford and has mentored scores of students on their path to medical school
