We pride ourselves on an extremely high camper-to-staff ratio, with a target of one mentor to every 6-8 students. All our staff are Enhanced DBS checked. On-site, members of the team are f trained. We also go through a specific training programme for our camps, ensuring we are delivering the best programme possible and giving the best possible care for our campers.  Along with our staff, campers will be engaging with Lydeard Farm’s team of outdoor activities experts, who will supplement our programme with their workshops. These experts will take the children through some of the more adventurous activities the site has to offer.
